Digium TDM430E Analog Telephony Card with Echo Cancellation Hardware Information:

The Digium TDM430E analog telephony card is for use with the open source telephony platform Asterisk. It is a PCI card with 3 station (FXS) interfaces, and, when paired with Digium's Asterisk open source software and standard PC hardware, it can be used to create a sophisticated, functional telephony system with features normally found only in high-end business phone systems. The Digium TDM430E includes a Digium VPMADT032 Echo Cancellation card.

Built upon the Digium TDM410P (a half-length PCI 2.2-compliant modular gateway card for connecting analog phone stations and analog POTS lines through a PC), the TDM430E supports a combination of up to four station (FXS) or trunk (FXO) modules for 4 lines total.

The Digium TDM 430E is created by bundling the TDM410P base board with 3 S110M FXS modules and 1 VPMADT032 Echo Cancellation module. With these five pieces of hardware, you have a half length PCIx 2.2 compliant 4 port card that supports 3 analog station devices.

A bit about the TDM410P . . .

As a modular device, the Digium TDM 410P base board acts as a host device for FXS and FXO modules. The TDM410P utilizes an innovative bus-mastering interface chip found in millions of PCs the world over, as well as Digium VoiceBus technology, and it eliminates the need for external gateways. The TDM410P combines the best in performance and price.

The trunk (FXO) and station (FXS) modules are interchangeable, so any combination of interfaces is possible. 1024 taps (128 milliseconds) of echo cancellation is available on both trunk (FXO) and station (FXS) interfaces with the optional VPMADT032 hardware echo cancellation module. Scalability does not present problems with this Digium solution; simply add additional TDM410P or other Digium analog interface cards.
